15 Music Organizations Say DMCA Isn't Working

15 organizations representing music creators - including RIAA, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, NMPA, SoundExchange, NSAI, and SAG-AFTRA - filed comments with the U.S. Copyright Office in response to its study of DMCA section 512, explaining that the safe harbors are not working as they were intended to.
