  • Nashville Chapter -  The AIMP is hoping to establish a Nashville Chapter. We are presenting an exciting panel on Music Supervision at 6:00 p.m. on June 14th to let Nashville publishers experience the kind of information and community both  NY and LA chapters enjoy. Admission is free for this panel. Reservations can be made here .
  • AIMP Survey - Please find a moment to take our National Survey. Prizes, including memberships to the AIMP  and from The Music Business Registry, will be awarded in a contest drawing from those who complete the survey. Your answers are valued and appreciated and will be used to evaluate and improve the AIMP.  We strive to be the best resource on issues and opportunities facing professional Independent Music Publishers.  The deadline to enter is June 25, 2011.  
  • DIY Branding Panel - Video and Podcast - Our LA May panel featured industry leaders and a great artist, Jill Sobule, who informed our members on ways to take control of your own career without relying on the traditional label approach.   • The Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously passed The Protect IP Act on May 26th - The AIMP played a role in this effort lending its support to the May 25th letter drafted by the US Chamber of Commerce. Click here to read S. 968, the PROTECT IP Act.
