  • Videocasts Available– Both the LA and NY chapters are now posting videos of their monthly panels.  If you missed last month's LA panel, members can click here to view the full version of the panel on Production Music Companies.  Access to these videos is a valuable benefit to membership.  To view clips of past panels non-members can click here. 
  • Victory For Copyright Holders – In the continuing battle to protect the rights of copyright holders the Second Circuit reversed portions of a 2010 lower court’s ruling that YouTube could rely on the DMCA’s “safe harbor” ruling to allow video clips of copyrighted material to be displayed on its site.
