Nashville music tech startup, DiscoverSooner, announces their inaugural online event, Priceless Answers To Questions Songwriters Ask Publishers, a Conversation With Shar'n Clark and Sherrill Blackman and hosted by Nancy Deckant, Founder and CEO of DiscoverSooner.


The interactive free zoom event will be on July 15 at 5pm CDT and aimed at songwriters, artists and industry professionals of all levels.

Both publishers are independent songpluggers.Sherrill Blackman has a lifetime of experience placing just the right song in just the right place resulting in Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum certifications, Grammy and IBMA nominations and a Dove Awards. Shar'n Clark has cuts with Blake Shelton, Reba McIntire, Sara Evans and recently placed “Big Sky” with Warner Music Nashville recording artists The Wild Feathers recently featured in Netflix’s Jack Ryan, Season 2.

The online event will focus on how these publishers select the songwriters they work with, the types of songs they look for, and have a live Q&A session for attendees to participate and ask the publishers questions.
