ABA IP Section Pens Letter in Support of CASE Act:

On March 23, the ABA Section of IP sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Ranking Member Jerry Nadler (D-NY) voicing its support for the CASE Act – a bill which would create a copyright small claims tribunal within the U.S. Copyright Office – and also suggesting that the bill be amended “to increase the opportunities for dialogue between the Register of Copyrights and the Board on novel legal questions that arise in small claims proceedings.”
