Copyright Owners Must Wait For Copyright Office Action Before Filing For Copyright Infringement

In Fourth Estate, Justice Ginsburg held that registration occurs when the Copyright Office acts to either complete a registration or refuse registration, and thus copyright owners must wait for Copyright Office action before filing a lawsuit for copyright infringement.
