Whose Ringtone Is It Anyway?

Master ringtones are fast becoming the first choice of consumers and a very important way for recording artists to be marketed. Securing licenses for these has become a veritable minefield. Who does the licensing? How will royalty rates be determined? How will payments be distributed?

Join us in May as industry experts discuss the current master ringtone debate facing music publishers, record labels, ringtone aggregators, and wireless carriers. We will cover some of the licensing, copyright, and legal issues, as well as the emerging solutions for this licensing quandary.

Building security requires that we have your name on our guest list.
