Maximo Aguirre is a record Industry executive, concert promoter, record producer, business manager and Music Publisher sought by many Latino superstars. In 1983, he founded and was Managing Director of Ariola America, the first Latin division of BMG. In 1986, he also founded and was Managing Director of WEA Latina, the first Latin Company of todayWarner Music Latina. In 1998, he became Managing Director of BMG, the company created after the merger of RCA and Ariola. In 1992, he founded his own Music Publishing companies: first, Maximo Aguirre Music Publishing, Inc and then Pacific Latin Copyright, Inc. As a publisher, he represents many of the most successful songwriters of the Latin business and he administers very important catalogs such as SACM, the society of authors and composers of Mexico and many of the top Mexican Regional Artist Publishing catalogs.

Claudia Brant is today one of the most prolific and versatile composers in the music industry of the United States. Her songs cover a broad range of genres, from Pop and Rock to Merengue or Norte?o and are interpreted by artists such as Santana, Josh Groban, Olga Ta?on, Marta Sanchez, Luis Fonsi, Lara Fabian, Cristian Castro, Kumbia Kings, and Beto Cuevas, from the Chilean group La Ley, amongst others. Since her arrival to the United States in 1988, Claudia has worked with numerous important artists, and has built a solid eighteen year career in the music business. After a successful career as a solo artist in Argentina, where she recorded 3 albums (Entonces Vale La Pena (1989), Claudia Brant (1990), and Tu Marca en el Alma (1995), (the latter was produced by Alejandro Lerner), she won 2 of the most important Latin American Music Festivals, OTI in 1991 and Vi?a del Mar in 1994, both as a composer and as an artist. Subsequently, Claudia moved to the United States, where she quickly emerged into the local music industry and started to compose for well-known artists. Currently, Claudia lives in Los Angeles and has a new studio where she is actively composing for various projects which include: Jennifer Lopez (Sony), Luis Fonsi (Universal), Myriam (Emi Mexico), La Onda (Emi), Ednita Nazario (Sony), Josh Groban (Atlantic), Paulina Rubio (Universal) and Celine Dion (Sony), etc.

With more than 25 years of experience in trademark and copyright legal matters, Cheryl Hodgson offers a unique combination of legal expertise and practical business experience gained prior to beginning her career as an attorney. Her practice focuses primarily on the registration, licensing, and enforcement of agreements pertaining to trademark and copyright properties, helping clients to protect their valuable intellectual property. Hodgson has participated in several landmark cases related to trademark law, including one case resulting in the largest jury verdict in trademark law history on behalf of a major international corporation. She also draws on her prior experience in the music industry  as a former licensed talent agent and artist manager  to assist clients in the entertainment business with trademark and agreement-related issues.

Jenny Weaver, President of Dego Productions and Degollado Music Publishing, is the head of one Latin Musics leading Regional Mexican talent powerhouses. Based in Harlingen, TX, Jenny oversees an artist management firm, an independent label, a concert/touring business and a music publishing company. She has developed multiple artists under her wing, including Control, La Onda, Forasteros de San Luis, Super Llamas, Notable and Noe y sus Campeones.
