JOHN FRANKENHEIMER  John, an attorney with Loeb & Loeb clients comprise a whos who list of record companies, music publishers; touring artists; financial institutions and investors. He has had an active roles in advising on the acquisition, sale and restructuring of companies, including financing, valuation, securitization.

JOHN RUDOLPH  John is CEO of Bug Music and has held key positions at many music companies including, CFO of Windswept Pacific, and CEO of Music Analytics, a leading strategic advisor to music publishers and record companies.

JAY MORGENSTERN - A veteran of over 40 years in the record business, Jay was Executive Vice President/General Manager of Warner Chappell Music Inc. He has been dubbed The Dean of Publishing Valuations by his Warner Brothers Les Bider. Jay currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Director of the ASCAP Foundation and Co-Chairs the ASCAP Executive, Legislative and Membership Committees.

IRA JAFFE - Ira served as COO with Famous music until its sale to Sony/ATV. He has been involved in many copyright purchases as well as building value in exiting catalogues.

EVAN MEDOW A former president of the AIMP, Evan served as CEO of Windswept Pacific for over 15 years. He has worked with, published, or administered songwriters as diverse as The Beach Boys, Bob Marley, Steve Winwood, John Lennon, Tito Puente, and The Turtles. He now serves as a consultant to Bug and has been on the NMPA and Harry Fox boards of directors for the last 15 years.
