Larry Goldberg is an entrepreneur, executive and attorney with expertise in various digital industries. He currently is the President and Chief Operating Officer of TuneWiki, a publisher of mobile and internet music apps that include an award-winning social media player and lyric-based music game. Larry was also an important member of the senior management team that transformed Activision from a small company into a multi-billion dollar industry leader.

Immediately before joining TuneWiki in 2009, Larry ran a consulting and angel investment company, where he advised numerous video and computer game publishers, developers, licensors and financiers. He also served on the Board of Directors of Emergent Game Technologies, the makers of the Gamebryo Lightspeed game development engine and related toolsets. His angel activities have included co-founding The Rundown, a daily subscription lifestyle e-mail with over 300,000 subscribers.

Before founding his own company, Larry spent almost ten years as an executive officer of Activision. Larry began his professional career as an attorney in private practice in Los Angeles, focusing on business transactions in the media and entertainment industries.

Nick Guarino is the Director for Film & TV Music at Universal Music Enterprises where he negotiates the licensing of Universal-controlled recordings for Advertising as well as Mobile Apps. Nick joined UMe in 2004 and was previously with Universal Studios.

Tim O'Brien is Vice President of Business Development for Disney Mobile, a division of the Disney Interactive Media Group (DIMG). Tim oversees all business development and sales deals with carriers, device manufacturers, and other partners including Apple, Verizon, Google and Samsung. Tim manages worldwide content and licensing partnerships for Disney Mobile, including partnerships with the biggest music brands in the world (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Linkin Park, Metallica etc) and plays an integral role in bringing Disney's characters and stories to the iPhone and other mobile devices. As a founding member of the executive team at Tapulous, acquired by DIMG in July 2010, Tim was both the lead strategist and executor behind all music licensing and business deals, making key marketing and product decisions and delivering substantial music content to Tap Tap Revenge, which quickly became the #1 iPhone game with over one billion games played to-date, turning Tapulous into a highly profitable business.

Jim Routh has over 18 years experience in business development, sales, and product management with software, web services, cloud based ventures. After 7 years at Apple in various product and business development roles, he joined his first start-up in 1997 and has been helping establish and build innovative companies ever since. Jim handles all of Smule's partnerships including relationships with studios, artists, publishers, labels, platform providers, and development partners.

Eric Garland is the founder and CEO of BigChampagne Media Measurement, a new kind of media metrics company charting the new business of music. BigChampagne's Ultimate Chart uncovers what's really popular -- and where -- from Apple to YouTube (and everywhere in between). BigChampagne examines information about airplay, sales, streams, downloads and subscriptions, listens, views, mindshare, fan interactions, social connections -- all of the factors that more completely describe the relationship between artists and fans. Eric contributed data and analysis to Chris Anderson's New York Times best-seller "The Long Tail" and partnered with Radiohead on "In Rainbows, On Torrents," a critical examination of the band's pay-what-you-wish album experiment. Colorful stories from his early career were told in Steve Knopper's history "Appetite for Self-Destruction: The Spectacular Crash of the Record Industry in the Digital Age." Eric's many advisory board memberships have included the first digital initiative of the Recording Academy (The Grammys), where he served alongside artists Kelly Clarkson and Kanye West. Eric was formally recognized for his outstanding contribution to the Recording Academy in 2007. The Ultimate Chart is the first and only measure of all of the ways in which music is popular, everywhere.
