AIMP Supports Planet LA benefit concert for Japan earthquake relief


Planet LA Records, with support from AIMP, MusicBox, ole and friends is holding a benefit concert to support Japan earthquake and tsunami relief efforts on Saturday April 30th from 7-11pm at the Cabana Club Hollywood (1439 Ivar Ave, behind Amoeba Music).  The event will coincide with the end of the ASCAP Expo and all proceeds go toward Red Cross efforts in Japan.

Featured artists include Planet LA artists Djinn and Native June, LA artist Robotanists, MusicBox artist Ember Fx, and more.  The AIMP will donate an annual premier membership with one year's worth of panel luncheons (worth $470) as a silent auction prize.  Other partners including Blue mics, Line 6, Music Business Registry are donating prizes.  Media sponsor is Music Connection magazine with radio support from KCRW 89.9 FM.

Free admission before 10pm for AIMP members, ASCAP Expo attendees and advanced RSVPs, 21+.  We welcome silent auction/drawing prizes; please contact: mark@planetlarecords.com
