Gary Borman is a veteran manager and has represented some of the industry’s top tier talent. He currently manages Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Alison Krauss, Randy Montana, Michael Franti and My Morning Jacket (with Mike Martinovich ). He is also a member of the ACM, CMA, NARAS, and a Grammy Foundation member.

Kristin Durie is Vice President of EMI Music Publishing’s Music Resources television licensing division. Based in LA, Durie oversees the publishing company’s work with all the major TV studios and production houses, and manages a bi-coastal staff including both creative and account executives. As part of her role, she leads EMI’s work on the Fox TV show Glee, including its numerous spinoffs, as well as partnerships with shows such as Boardwalk Empire, and the theme for HBO’s True Blood. She recently worked with NBC’s The Biggest Loser, to secure a new theme tune from Grammy award-winning group Train as part of an overall brand refresh.

Aaron Rosenberg, 34, partner, Myman, Greenspan, Fineman, Fox, Rosenberg & Light LLP. Rosenberg, the youngest partner in his firm’s history, represents a broad array of entertainers and creative professionals, including Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Simpson. A Kansas City native, Rosenberg got his start as a legal intern for Arista Records the summer after his first year of law school and thereafter pursued a career in entertainment law, coming into contact with his first client, John Legend, shortly after graduating from law school. Rosenberg is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

Nicole Winnaman brings over 20 years experience in Corporate Entertainment Partnerships “Branded Entertainment” and is widely-regarded as one of the premier marketing power brokers in the world, orchestrating over 100 individual deals in excess of $350 million and recently named one of the most powerful women in entertainment by Forbes. Winnaman & Associates is recognized for creating, negotiating and executing cutting edge, integrated entertainment partnerships. As well as “packaging” highly acclaimed promotions for brands utilizing artists and television specials: • MySpace-Justin Timberlake merger and acquisition. • Procured and negotiated Britney Spears and Candies Campaigns. •Ellen DeGeneres and the American Express “My Card, My Life” global campaign. •Negotiated all sponsorships and Network deal for Live 8. •Negotiated exclusive Usher DVD and fully integrated promotion for Verizon and Samsung. •Got Milk campaign with Britney Spears and national grocery store retail store promotion that was rated as off the charts successful by leading grocery retailers. •Product launches Mercedes Benz (R Class, A Class) and The Rolling Stones, Lexus & Mark Levinson branded Audio (with Paul McCartney). And many many more.

Donald S. Passman is the author of “All You Need To Know About The Music Business”, and a graduate of the University of Texas and Harvard Law School. He practices law with the Los Angeles firm of Gang, Tyre, Ramer & Brown, and has specialized in the music business for over thirty years. He has lectured extensively on the music industry, including Harvard Law School, Yale Law School, USC Law School, UCLA Law School, the Los Angeles Copyright Society, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Don is also the author of two novels, “The Visionary” and “Mirage”, published by Warner Books. Don has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America for over twenty years, as well as the Top 100 Lawyers in California, the Top 500 Attorneys in America, Hollywood Reporter’s Top 100 Entertainment Attorneys, and Southern California's Super Lawyers.
