Joel Goodman – Moderator
Joel Goodman has written music for over 100 films that have received 4 Oscar nominations, 10 Emmy awards and over 20 Emmy nominations.  Recent projects include Being Elmo, Clinton, and the Main Theme for the long-running and critically acclaimed PBS series, American Experience. In 2002, Joel co-founded the music licensing and publishing company MusicBox which he grew to represent over 20 libraries, establishing worldwide distribution in more than 50 countries and generating thousands of placements every week in television and other media.  In 2011, MusicBox was acquired by Ole Music Publishing and Joel continues as an active partner in the production music libraries CUE, ICON and The Pitch. 

Ron Mendelsohn
Ron Mendelsohn is co-founder and CEO of Megatrax, an independent production music library and custom music house based in Los Angeles and established in 1990.  In addition to managing business operations at Megatrax, Ron is also an accomplished pianist and composer who has composed hundreds of cues for the Megatrax library and scored numerous film/TV projects.  A graduate of Wesleyan University (CT), Ron attended film-scoring programs at USC and UCLA and studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Liege (Belgium).  Ron is a founding member of the Production Music Association and has served on the PMA board since its inception.  Ron is also a member of numerous other professional organizations including the SCL, Vistage and ASCAP.

Mark Montgomery
Mark Montgomery is a pioneer in the e-commerce and business-to-consumer marketing space.  Over the past 15 years, he has worked with hundreds of entertainment and corporate clients, including Sony, Kanye West, Keith Urban, RIM/Blackberry, Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam, Best Buy, Gnarls Barkley, Rascal Flatts, and General Motors.  Mark launched his first B2C ecommerce play in early 1996.  In 1999, he co-founded echo, a company focused on building communities around entertainment brands.  He was the co-creator of the patented platform echotoolsTM which was acquired by Barry Diller’s IAC/Ticketmaster in 2007. A winner of multiple "Best in Business" awards, and a past "Entrepreneur of the Year”, Mark is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist in the US and Europe.

Marshall Seese, Jr.
Marshall Seese, Jr. is the Founder & CEO of Mowgli, LLC, an Atlanta-based social gaming company. Marshall is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in music, technology, and law.  He earned a law degree from the University of Michigan and led a successful legal career for seven years until leaving in July 2011 to focus full-time on Mowgli. Marshall is also an experienced singer/songwriter with a recording agreement through the independent music label Backspace Records.

Shawn White
Shawn White is Director of Business Affairs for Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI), which consists of HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, and Great American Country.  He has been with SNI since 1996 and currently oversees content rights management, program deliverables, and music clearances.  When he’s not busy at Scripps, White enjoys performing in the trumpet section for the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra where he’s been privileged to perform with artists such as Midori, Ray Charles, Amy Grant, The Temptations, Manhattan Transfer, and Natalie Cole.
