John Barker is the founder, President & CEO of ClearBox Rights, LLC, an independent rights managements company, based in Nashville, Tennessee. ClearBox Rights manages a variety of types of intellectual properties, including music copyrights, name & likeness, artist royalties, producer royalties, and will include trademarks, books, photographs, and other IP’s which can be licensed and generate a royalty stream. In 1990, John founded Integrated Copyright Group, Inc. (ICG), an independent global intellectual rights management company based in Nashville, which was purchased by EverGreen Copyrights in 2006, where he continued to serve as Vice President of Administration for 3 years. While at ICG, he designed and oversaw the development of the proprietary software, “Perfect World”. Evergreen was purchased by BMG Rights in 2010. John has worked with a wide variety of clients, including the catalogs of Marty Robbins, Roy Orbison, Ray Stevens, Craig Wiseman, Mike Reid, Paul Simon, Bill Monroe, Ryko Music, John Anderson, Loretta Lynn, Allen Shamblin, Songwriters Guild of America, Senator Orrin Hatch, Music & Media International, Albert E. Brumley & Sons, Manna Music, Seals & Crofts, and many others. Before co-founding ICG, John was General Manager of Publishing and Copyrights for The Benson Company (1985-1989) and A&R Director for Word Records (1983-1985). As the Sr. Director , Artist Services, Leeloy oversees the Nashville operations for Topspin Media; responsible for proactively developing deep, consultative business development relationships with key artist, management, label and ecosystem partners in the Country, Americana and Christian genres and educating clients and self serve artists on the best practices inside the Topspin platform and marketing in the direct-to-fan channel. In 2011, he realigned the Nashville office into a full service boutique agency and now helps brands and bands grow awareness, build community, market directly, create revenue and use actionable data to inform their efforts. He moved to Nashville, TN to launch Ticketmaster’s custom marketing and sales division, Music Services, and was responsible for Artist / Industry relations and business development and project management of large-scale sales and marketing campaigns for national touring artists like Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean and many more. After the Live Nation /Ticketmaster merger, Leeloy resurrected Foundation Music Group as an “Artist Development” consultancy – focusing his efforts in building solid relationships between artists and fans and growing business for independent artists, labels and brands looking to partner with music. His success helping artists build their Direct To Fan business drew the attention of several D2F platforms looking to plant a footprint in Nashville and brought him to Topspin Media.

Marcus Whitney believes in the power of small groups to solve big problems. That’s why, as a technology pioneer and start-up mentor for business in Nashville and beyond, he uses his rare combination of focused vision, energy and magnetism to be an effective thought leader in his fast-moving areas of expertise. Marcus, a Brooklyn native, is at the center of the social commerce revolution at Moontoast, which offers clients (ranging from musicians to retailers) a seamless social media and e-commerce platform to maximize customer acquisition and revenue. Still one of Music City’s most-read industry analysts, Ross continues to cover the intersection between music and technology with local, national and global perspectives. Ross received the Canadian Country Music Association's Leonard T. Rambeau Award for International Achievement in 2003 and the CMA President's Award in 1998. He also hosted the first CMA Awards Internet simulcast in 1997. Currently Ross serves on the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum Board and Chairs its Sales & Marketing committee; he also serves on the Board of the Country Music Association; Leadership Music Alumni.
