Recording Boot Camp presents Cash For Your Songs: Insider Secrets of Music Placement workshop with Sherry Orson & Greg Debonne

Recording Boot Camp presents “Cash For Your Songs: Insider Secrets of Music Placement” with Sherry Orson, music publisher and founder of MCM Songs USA and the Cash For Your Songs blog, along with music supervisor Greg Debonne. This free evening workshop will take place Tuesday, June 4th at producer Ronan Chris Murphy’s Veneto West studio in Santa Monica. Attendees are invited to bring 1 song to play for Ms. Orson and Mr. Debonne and have its licensing potential evaluated and discussed.  Attendees will also learn new insights and overviews about how the process of music licensing works as well as strategies for song placement. This Q&A with a music publisher and supervisor covers what to expect when they actually do want to use your song to how you will get paid. The focus will be on specific insights on how top licensing executives work in connection with how that ultimately generates cash for songwriters.

Attendees are welcome to arrive for networking at 7:30 with the song evaluation beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Seating is limited and this free event will sell-out.  Click here to RSVP and to get directions to the studio.
