Prior to YouTube, Anjali spent 5 years at EMI Music Publishing (Director, Product & Content) in Santa Monica and NYC. She began her music career in the A&R department at Interscope Records in 2004, and holds degrees from both Stanford University and Columbia Business School. In his role, John Raso oversees HFA’s Client Services team of agents who provide support to thousands of HFA affiliated publishers. He is also part of the team leadership that supports clients including Spotify and Google/YouTube. Prior to joining HFA, Raso was the Director, Product Management at Live Nation Artists, where he constructed artist recording deals as part of defining strategies and P&L projections for Live Nation’s “360” artist deals. Previous to his work at Live Nation, Raso spent six years as Manager, Media & Entertainment: Music Segment at BearingPoint, where he designed, developed and implemented systems and web interfaces for international music publishing and content licensing organizations including ASCAP and HFA. Raso also has over ten years’ experience at record labels, including Velvel, Atlantic, Arista, MCA, Roadrunner and SST. |
