HFA/YouTube Update




Representatives from HFA and YouTube will be teaming up to discuss recent YouTube developments and how they will benefit music publishers.

HFA's VP of Client Services, John Raso, will talk about the ways in which HFA has been working with YouTube and publishers participating in the NMPA/YouTube Licensing agreement to administer composition assets as well as the unique challenges and best practices in optimizing YouTube royalties.

Matt Beekman, HFA's CTO, will discuss HFA's YouTube tools, a song-centric view of YouTube royalty reports, video analytics and composition asset database.

Additionally, YouTube's Chris Potter will provide an update on YouTube initiatives relevant to music publishers.
