AIMP presents Publishing Licensing panel at ASCAP EXPO

"Know Your Placement: Music Publishing in Film, TV and Beyond"

Getting your music in film, TV and other audio-visual media can offer a major payday. This panel, booked in conjunction with Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP), focuses on the publisher side of the A/V licensing equation. You’ll hear the honest truth about pitching songs and getting placements from the publishers who do it every day. They’ll explain the process of nabbing a placement in film, TV, video games and more, and offer their unique perspective on how the economics of A/V licensing have changed in recent years. And of course, they’ll offer wisdom on how best to approach music supervisors with your own music.
