Examines the changes in the music industry from a legal and marketing/promotion perspective by one of the leading entrepreneurs of the music industry and how to evolve and adapt to such changes in today’s music business and not get stuck in the past.

Appetizer: The Sportsmen’s Salad – organic greens, Point Reyes blue cheese, candied pecans, baby heirloom tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Vegan Tofu Stack – roasted asparagus, carrots, portabella mushroom, sweet tamari reduction
  • Pan Roasted Chicken with Marsala Sauce
  • Atlantic Salmon with Dill Sauce

Dessert: Apple tart tatin

Please make your dinner reservation by noon on Monday, November 13th, Walk-up guests are welcome, but may not be served their first choice of meal. We accept cash, check or credit card payment at the door.
