Tax Planning Under The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

The enactment of sweeping changes in The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act has necessitated that all taxpayers review their business operations begining in 2018.  Music publishers and songwriters should plan and adjust accordingly to take advantage of opportunities and avoid surprises when they file their returns next year.  

Early indications are that uncertainty and misconceptions abound.  We will focus on certain provisions that we feel will most impact our members.
