AIMP PANELS

October 29, 2018

Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm

Tools for Tracking Music Sales with Nielsen Music

Nielsen Music is the authority in tracking what music people are buying both in-store and digitally, as well as what they are listening to on the radio. John Murphy, who leads Nielsen Music's Publishing Solutions practice, will walk through some of the capabilities and tools Nielsen offers that can help independent publishers track their artists and titles as well as keep their finger on the pulse of the music industry.

Nielsen compiles data from all core Streaming and Digital Sales providers as well as from more than 39,000 retail outlets globally, to help record labels, publishers, artists, artist management and performance rights organizations understand what albums, singles and music videos people are buying, and where they’re buying them.

BBQ lunch will be provided by SMOKIN' ON THE ROW!
(Vegetarian options provided).
