Digital Data Exchange (DDEX) Bi-Annual Seminar

Friday, May 24 2019: 8:30 AM – 3:30 AP (CT)
Student Life Center, 132 Commodore Ballroom, Nashville TN

Digital Data Exchange (DDEX) will host its twice-yearly seminar in Nashville this year. Open to non-DDEX members, the full-day event will feature presentations from DDEX Secretariat members Niels Rump, Steffen Lindek and Mark Isherwood, who will discuss current music metadata trends as well as DDEX’s future plans and its latest developments in cross-industry cooperation, the digital supply chain, sales/usage reporting, and linking works to sound recordings. Other speakers at the event include José Macorro of CISAC, Paul Jessop of County Analytics, and a still to-be-announced representative of the ISRC standard, who will address how these music identifiers work with DDEX to facilitate data exchange.
