As Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer for Universal Music Group (UMG), Liliahn Majeed leads a team focused on strengthening representation, inclusion, equity and belonging across our global workplace, marketplace and social impact efforts. She is committed to ensuring our team members, artists, songwriters, fans and partners feel safe, seen, heard, accepted and respected and using our influence to create a more civil and just society. Prior to joining UMG in 2020, Majeed spent 15 years at the National Basketball Association (NBA). Most recently she was a Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion where she led team diversity and inclusion efforts across the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K League. Majeed also helped lead the NBA’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and NBA Coaches Equality Initiative, responsible for events such as the Women’s Leadership Forum, NBA All-Star Women in Basketball Operations Forum and NBA Coaches Summit. Majeed was a member of the WNBA Social Justice Council and NBA Social Justice Task Force. Prior to joining the NBA’s Diversity & Inclusion group, Majeed was a Vice President in the Team Marketing & Business Operations (TMBO) group. In that role, she led strategy for arena experience, season ticket membership and premium consulting representing over $1.5b in revenue while also serving as the league liaison for the Indiana Pacers and Washington Wizards. Majeed joined the NBA in 2005 after roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Walt Disney World Resorts. She graduated from Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and hospitality management and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a master’s degree in business administration. Majeed was named to 2020 Sports Business Journal Game Changers, Crain’s 2019 Notable Women in the Business of Sports, 1to1 Customer Champion, and was an inductee into the 2019 Advancing Diversity Hall of Honors.

As Executive VP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Sony Music Group, Tiffany R. Warren will expand equity and inclusion activities and policies across all Sony Music Group's (SMG) global recorded music, publishing and corporate divisions, reporting directly to SMG Chairman Rob Stringer. Previously, as the Senior VP, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, Tiffany oversaw a team of 25+ Chief Diversity Officers and Directors focused on Omnicom-wide change efforts through the award-winning Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) for the support, advancement and retention of top performing talent inclusive of women, people of color and LGBT professionals. Recognized as a leader in the field of diversity, Tiffany is a talent strategist with 24+ years of championing diverse professionals in the creative industries. In 2005, she founded ADCOLOR, which has launched the ADCOLOR Conference, Awards, FUTURES program and ADCOLOR in Music. As President of ADCOLOR, she has been widely recognized for the progress and direction the creative industries have taken around diversity, equity & inclusion. Tiffany also serves as the 2021-2022 Chair of the National Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) spearheading the expansion of the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts while emphasizing the audio, music and entertainment aspects of AAF’s programing. She was honored as an Advertising Age Woman to Watch, AAF District 2 "Role Model" Diversity Achievement Award, AAF Hall of Achievement Inductee and The Jack Avrett Volunteer Award Recipient, AAF Pioneer in Diversity Award (Omnicom Group), 4A's MAIP Gladiator Award, the National Association Black Journalists' Patricia L. Tobin Media Professional Award Recipient, The European Diversity Awards' Global Diversity Champion Award, AOL MAKER, the New York Urban League's Frederick Douglass Medallion and the AAF Barton G. Cummings Gold Medal for Distinguished Service, the 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great List, Ebony 100 and John A. Reisenbach Distinguished Citizenship Award, Black Enterprise Top Executive in Diversity 2019, DoSomething.org 2020 Empower Player, 2021 Henry Crown Fellow and 2021 Billboard Change Agent.

Will Wells is a producer, songwriter, professional musician and recording engineer. In 2019, he served as executive producer and co-writer of the debut album from Anthony Ramos, whom he met while working as Electronic Music Producer on the Tony, Grammy, and Pulitzer Prize award-winning hit Broadway musical, Hamilton. The critically acclaimed album, The Good & The Bad, was released on Republic Records. Will continues to thrive in the film and television world. He was commissioned by ESPN to write the first-ever theme song for the 2019 Heisman Trophy Ceremony and served as Musical Director for the national live television broadcast in 2019 and 2020. Will co-produced "Stand Up", the end-title song for the Harriet Tubman biopic, Harriet, performed by the film's lead character, Cynthia Erivo. The song received nominations for Best Song Written for Visual Media at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, Best Original Song at the 92nd Academy Awards and the 2020 Golden Globes, Best Song at the 25th Critics' Choice Awards, and Outstanding Song at the NAACP Image Awards. Will studied Film Scoring and Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music. While there, he honed his skills as a songwriter, arranger, conductor, and musician. Since then, he has crafted an impressive resume working with renowned artists as Quincy Jones, Barbra Streisand, Imagine Dragons, Logic, Wyclef Jean, DJ Premier, LMFAO, Pentatonix and many more in the studio and on stage.

Sandye Taylor is the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.). She is responsible for leading BMI’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Taylor reports directly to BMI President & CEO Mike O’Neill and is a member of BMI’s Executive Leadership team. She works closely with the company's senior management team to support BMI's Core Values, while building on BMI's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and guiding an equitable approach to attracting, retaining, and advancing diverse talent. In addition, Taylor spearheads BMI's community engagement initiatives. Taylor brings nearly 20 years of experience in the DE&I space to BMI. She joins BMI from Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where she was the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Capital Markets group since 2015. In that role, she was responsible for the RBC Capital Markets global diversity and inclusion strategy. She launched and evolved RBC’s Diversity Leadership Councils, established accountability and progress measures, guided the creation of recruitment programs to target diverse undergraduate and graduate candidates, developed relationships with key external partners, and led multiple advocacy and learning programs across the organization. Before RBC, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) where she was Senior Vice President, Head of D&I for Global Wealth & Investment Management and Global Banking & Markets. Over the course of her 12 years at BAML, Taylor worked closely with the senior business teams and various HR functions to help foster an institutional culture of inclusive leadership, empowering BAML to attract, retain and advance talent from diverse backgrounds. In previous roles, Taylor also practiced law in public service and private law firms. Taylor holds her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland at College Park.
