Administrative Assistant, Fox (LA)

Fox Networks Group Advanced Ad Products is seeking a team coordinator to provide primary administrative support for the team. The Advanced Ad Products team is at the center of innovation at Fox, creating new ways for consumers to enjoy content across all of our networks, including Fox, FX, Fox Sports and National Geographic. The role will support the SVP of Advanced Ad Solutions as well as general support for five VPs and four directors who report directly to the SVP. While the role includes general administrative duties such as travel, correspondence and expenses, the primary function is coordinating efforts across ad technology, ad operations and analytics.   • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for the department.
  • Manages the schedules for the SVP, operating as the primary liaison for those seeking to schedule meetings, travel and participation by these executives.
  • Makes travel arrangements for SVP and others as necessary.
  • Files expense reports, tracks reimbursements and in the case of the SVP, manages the corporate American Express account or other credit card used for business purposes.
  • Organizes and prioritizes a large volume of information.
  • Establishes, develops, maintains, and Confluence pages regarding process within.
  • Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Performs desktop publishing (creating and developing visual presentations) for the SVP, including typing and designing general correspondences, memos, charts, graphs, etc.


  • College degree.
  • Prior experience as a project manager or supporting a high level executive in a fast pace environment (with increasing levels of responsibility).
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Able to work on a Mac based PC.
  • The ability to work independently and be resourceful is necessary.
  • The model candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking with attention to detail, accuracy and excellent follow up.
