Sync Licensing Temp - Big Deal Music Group - Nashville

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

Sync Licensing

  • Respond to Sync licensing requests in a timely manner
  • Issue quotes and approvals
  • Issue license agreements in a timely manner
  • Track license agreements and payments
  • Follow up with sources to request cue sheets
  • Register cue sheets at the PROs
  • Other duties as assigned



  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Sync Licensing
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to manage large workloads and prioritize demands
  • Solid  understanding of Music Publishing and Copyright Law
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of and experience in follow through with data-oriented issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Able to work under the pressure of deadlines
  • College degree in Business, Music Business




This is a full-time (maternity cover) temporary position paid hourly – rate dependent on experience.   Position available immediately and lasting until August 2018.
