Royalty Coordinator (Nashville)

Duties

  • Record and analyze royalty statements
  • Enter royalty receipt data in royalty software, and assist in income tracking
  • Review, analyze, and ensure correct royalty statement data
  • Resolve payment/statement/rate issues with royalty sources in a timely manner
  • Assist in the closure of royalty accounting periods
  • Handle bank deposits


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the music business and publishing
  • Related royalties or financial experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to manage workloads and prioritize demands
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Arithmetical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Music Maestro (or similar industry software) & Excel


This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
