Pub Co. Internship (NYC)

 Publishing Intern Responsibilities:

Domino Publishing Company of America, Inc. is currently seeking a new intern for the fall for 2-3 months. We are looking for someone who can commit to 2 – 3 days per week.    Domino will pay the minimum wage ($13 per hour) for this internship.


Intern duties include but are not limited to:

·       Registering new compositions with domestic Performing Rights Organizations on behalf of our writer/publisher clients

·       Manage copyright information and claims with various Digital Music Services

·       Assist with catalog/album release research

·       Mailing CDs to music supervisors, ad agencies etc. 

·       Administrative assistance with correspondence, data entry and general office duties 

·       Related duties as assigned



·       Basic understanding of music publishing and copyrights

·       Strong organizational skills; ability to work on multiple tasks

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Music lover with great attitude, eager to learn music publishing business and willing to take initiative
