Full-time Executive Assistant – Law Firm (Santa Monica)

Salaried Position.

Entertainment and intellectual property law firm in Santa Monica looking for a full-time executive assistant. Assistant will provide general support to attorneys including answering and placing telephone calls, maintaining calendars and client files, generating documents and acting as office manager. Fantastic opportunity for someone interested in law school or law as a career.

We are looking for someone who:
Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills;
Is extremely organized and pays close attention to details;
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment;
Can manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively; and
Anticipates tasks that need to be done and handles them without being asked.

Applicants must:
Have an undergraduate degree from a four-year college;
Be highly proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Be very comfortable with web research;

Have a strong grasp of English grammar;

Have their own transportation; and
Be punctual, mature and have a pleasant, professional disposition.

Prior office experience preferred, but not necessary.
