Chile's Santaferia Celebrates Its Anniversary With A New Documentary

Santaferia has had an amazing 2018. After debuting in the U.S., playing at The Mayan in Los Angeles and across Latin America, the Chilean band is heading back home for a sold-out anniversary show at Teatro Caupolicán in Santiago de Chile, with special guests Los Jaivas, La Combo Tortuga, Quique Neira, Juanito Ayala and Mariel Mariel, among others.

The band took advantage of this trip and recruited sound engineer Cristián Robles (La Ley, Lucho Gatica, Michael Bublé, Josh Groban) at the Eastwood Studios to record two new songs: "Red Red Wine" and "Algún Dia Volverás" ("Someday You Will Come Back").

In the middle of that experience, Santaferia decided to film the whole journey in Los Angeles and release a short film, directed by Santiago Correa, showcasing these two new songs.
