The RIAA Releases 2019 Year-End Latin Music Industry Revenue Report

The U.S. Latin music business continued to grow at a faster rate than the overall market. In 2019, revenues from Latin music in the U.S. grew 28% to $554 million, compared with 13% for the overall market. Streaming once again was the primary growth driver, up 32% and comprising 95% of total Latin music revenues. Paid subscriptions accounted for more than 2/3 of the streaming revenue increase.
