  • DOJ - The Department of Justice has just posted all the public comments submitted in their ongoing review of the ASCAP and BMI consent decrees and the issue of 100% vs. fractional licensing.  The AIMP submitted comments along with dozens of other organizations and individuals.  Click here to review all the comments.
